Untangling What’s on Your Mind
So you can focus on living a meaningful life!
Life and relationships can introduce challenges that can disrupt our sense of well-being and hinder us from living the life we desire. Whether you're grappling with anxiety, navigating relationship difficulties, or seeking clarity, therapy offers a supportive space for growth and healing.
As a counselling psychologist, I'm dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and live more in alignment with their values. Through therapy, we can work together to develop helpful coping strategies, foster self-compassion, and cultivate greater self-awareness.
What I offer:
A personalised approach: I tailor my approach to your unique needs and goals, creating a safe space for exploration.
Evidence-based techniques: Using a scientific practitioner model, psychology is both an art and a science. I draw from a range of therapeutic modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Addressing a wide range of concerns: I offer support for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, stress management, and more.
Benefits of therapy:
Gain clarity on your thoughts and feelings
Develop effective coping strategies
Enhance communication and relationships
Build resilience and self-confidence
Manage stress and anxiety
Cultivate greater self-compassion
Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution; rather it’s a collaborative journey. You don't have to face these challenges alone. By investing in your mental health, you're investing in a more fulfilling life, with greater clarity, resilience, and stronger relationships.

Individual or Couples Therapy
Individual Therapy
Life can leave you feeling lost, overwhelmed, or unsure where to turn. But you don't have to navigate these struggles alone. Through therapy, we'll work together to:
Gain clarity and insight into your challenges.
Develop coping strategies to manage difficult emotions.
Build resilience and identify your strengths.
Increase self-compassion and live in alignment with your values.
Adolescents
A creative approach to therapy.
Life throws a lot at you in your teens. From navigating friendships and education to figuring out who you are, it's easy to feel overwhelmed.
If you're feeling unseen, unheard, or misunderstood, you're not alone. Many teens struggle with anxiety, stress, and figuring out their place in the world.
I specialise in helping teens unmask their struggles, with a compassionate, creative, and non-judgemental approach to therapy.
Couples
Maintain a healthy relationship and overcome obstacles.
Relationships are journeys filled with twists, turns, and unexpected detours. When challenges arise, navigating them effectively can feel impossible. Through therapy, I'll work with you to:
Improve communication and deepen your understanding.
Develop healthy conflict resolution techniques.
Rebuild trust and deepen your emotional connection.
Cultivate empathy and get on the same page.
Whether you're facing communication difficulties, struggling with intimacy, or simply seeking to strengthen your bond, I can provide the tools and guidance needed to create a more fulfilling and connected relationship.
Parents
Therapy for parents who feel burnt out.
Parenting is a beautiful adventure, but it's not always easy. Juggling work, relationships, and your child's ever-evolving needs can leave you feeling overwhelmed.
Investing in your own well-being is one of the most valuable commitments you can make as a parent. You deserve to take up space! Take an hour for yourself to reflect, savour a hot cup of tea, and prioritise your mental health.
To make therapy more accessible, Healthy Love offers childminding services, complete with an on-site playroom, in collaboration with The Co-Working Collective. Inquire to find out more.
